Review:
Perfect for Palm Sunday! A short, bright fanfare (choose either the L1+ or L3 options) announces the beginning of the service and the vocal choir’s entrance and is then followed by a solid Level 1 hymn accompaniment as the singers process in. Add piano halfway through the first verse, then organ and congregations for the second making it spectacular! Plan to play all verses from choir entrance to final joyous verse
The two fanfare scores are compatible, so all your ringers may participate!! Based on the hymn tune ST. THEODULPH (Teschner), the Palm Sunday text is the most well-known, but there are well over 100 other texts attached to this tune, making it usable throughout the liturgical year. Reproducible by original purchaser for their own ringers. The demo recording is by Gloria Dei Ringers, Muhlenberg Lutheran Church, 2025.
Part of the True Music “Encore” series: short 2-3 page pieces with a “wow” factor.
As well as Sing & Ring – handbell pieces with singing options.
