This title, arranged by our beloved Betty B. Garee, is an exceptionally exciting, majestic arrangement of the magnificent hymn by Martin Luther. It incorporates another German chorale by Martin Luther, "Aus Tiefer Not," based on Psalm 130 and known as "Out of the Depths." This setting, written for 4-5 octave handbell choir, is appropriate for events in church and school and is an exceptional choice for festivals. The advanced ringers will find that this piece will stretch their technical abilities and at the same time it will offer them ample opportunity to ring creatively and musically.
