Three Lenten Hymns
"Three Lenten Hymns" is an arrangement by Tyleen Stults for 2 or 3 octave handbells of three hymns suitable for the Lenten season. Titles include: On My Heart Imprint Your Image (with Johann Balthasar König's tune DER AM KREUZ); Lamb of God, Pure and Holy (with Nicolaus Decius' tune O LAMM GOTTES, UNSCHULDIG); and Stricken, Smitten, and Afflicted (with German tune O MEIN JESU, ICH MUSS STERBEN). All three pieces are between 30 - 40 measures, a perfect length for that quiet moment in the service.
