This terrific resource is the third volume in The Creative Church Musician Series and is divided into two parts. Part one is a mini-course in writing interesting and singable descants for hymns. Part Two includes descant possibilities for 199 hymn tunes (in alphabetical order by hymn tune name). Suggested parts for bells are included, or the bells may ring along with the sung descant.
