Andrew received his Masters degrees in Choral Conducting and Piano from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and his undergraduate work as a piano major was at Middle Tennessee State University. Andrew is also a violinist and an active ensemble and solo handbell ringer.

Andrew serves the AGEHR as Membership Chair for the Area VI Board, and also serves the American Choral Directors Association as the Tennessee Repertoire Chair for Music and Worship.
