Review:
This delightful, original work is a rhythmic composition in 6/8 meter with a lively, modal melody. An occasional 3/4 feel and the incorporation of thumb damps and shakes provide excellent variety and interest. This piece works well as a processional with its stable harmonic accompaniment and minimal bell changes. Its joyful spirit is perfect for a celebratory prelude or postlude.
