This is a lovely setting of the 12th century Latin hymn "Veni Emmanuel" that incorporates the traditional Israeli melody "Promised One" for 2-3 octave handbell or handchime choir. It is a beautiful choice for beginning ringers to play during Advent. Mallets and Thumb Damp are the only techniques used in this piece.
