Review:
Originally composed by Anne Herring in 1974,
"Easter Song" has found its way into the standard Holy Week repertoire. New for this year, John Wilson has provided an SAB version of his blockbuster choral setting. The handbell part for 10 bells is included. The text begins,
"Hear the bells ringing, they're singing that we can be born again. Hear the bells ringing, they're singing 'Christ is risen from the dead!'" Measures total 75.
