Review:
This majestic, festive concertato on the hymntune HYFRYDOL is designed for congregational singing, and includes optional parts for brass ensemble, timpani, organ, and SATB choir. All parts are optional, however, and the piece can be played by handbells alone. Three texts (of four stanzas each) are provided: "Alleluia!Sing to Jesus!", "Love Divine, All Loves Excelling," and "God the Spirit, Guide and Guardian," in the full score, making this a very useful arrangement for various denominations. This piece is 168 measures and scored in F Major.
