Review:
Gustav Holst's beloved melody from the Jupiter movement of
"The Planets" has long been used with many texts. This title is one of them and is based on the hymn tune version THAXTED. The music is very accessible to ringers with full, strong chords and a lilting melody that appears in the treble clef on chimes in the mid-range. The last page, consisting of shakes, adds to the intensity and glory of this majestic melody. Measures total 94.
