Review:
An original composition with an "oriental" flavor, this 3-octave, level 1 piece in c-minor is a good introduction to independent rhythms with quarter notes moving against half notes or whole notes. Though mostly chordal, the lower bells have the melody in the middle section. Small asterisks help inexperienced ringers identify the melodic notes buried within big chords. It sounds very good on choir chimes. This version is fully compatible with DT5006, the same title published in the EVERYONE CAN RING Series for people who cannot read music.
