Review:
This original work for bells or chimes conjures up a solitary shepherd resting beside his campfire after a long day with the sheep. He brings out his flute and plays a tune to put his flocks to sleep. Flowing eighth note lines, LV technique, and mallets on suspended bells add to the atmosphere. Measures total 64.
