Ash Grove

Review:      This lovely Welsh melody can also be titled according to two hymn texts - "The Master Hath Come" and "Let All Things Now Living." The setting, replete with syncopated rhythms, offbeat accents, and staccato techniques, definitely mirrors the percussion skills and energetic personality of its arranger - Hart Morris. At quarter = 120, it is a good work out; but ringers should enjoy the fun. Arranged in the keys of G Major and C Major, measures total 109.
