Review:
This beautiful Christmas lullaby begins with a mellow feel and ultimately erupts with joy. The optional use of guitar and handbells together create a wonderful combination. The middle section transitions easily into “Coventry Carol”, with the melody played by optional chimes. Bass clef malleting helps to create the bright, celebratory feel of the final section. The guitar part is printed after the bell score. Scored in G Major, g minor, and C Major, this piece is 91 measures.
