Review:
"Tremors" was commissioned for Bellissimo of Redlands Adventist Academy. The school's proximity to the San Andreas faultline was the inspiration for this original composition, which features a "rumbling" chromatic ostinato and intense, energized polyphony. The piece ends calmly with a shimmering glimmer of peace. An ideal concert opener, churches with advanced bell choirs will find it a great postlude for Advent or Lent, using the subtitle "With Fear and Trembling Stand". Composer's performance notes are included. This composition is 112 measures.
