An entirely unique feature to this musical is the optional 4-hand piano score, which adds tremendous energy and fullness to the sound. Beyond that, the sparkle of a simple handbell part, plus a variety of percussion instruments and a synth keyboard (to supply lush string sounds), gives this work a pulsating world-music flavor. There is scripture-based narration throughout and simple performance suggestions for using candles in a dramatic fashion to enhance the presentation.
