Review:
Brimming with festive praise, this high-powered hymn setting by Cynthia Dobrinski captures the strength and assurance found in the words “God of grace and God of glory, on Your people pour Your power.” Incorporating a variety of bell techniques, this 3-6 octave arrangement explores the magnitude of strength represented in the sturdy Welsh hymn tune CWM RHONDDA. An extra and surprising feature is a short stint in the relative minor key (f minor). A reproducible, optional B-flat Trumpet part is included. "God of Grace" is 83 measures and is primarily scored in F Major.
