Review:
These two pieces scored for four ringers using D5-D6 can be used any time of year by changing the first word in the title from Christmas to Easter, Spring, Summer, or Winter. The Level 1 selection "Christmas Pastorale" is nice on handchimes. Eighth notes make "Christmas Greeting" a Level 2 composition; its livelier mood lends itself to bells. There are no bell changes or page turns; thus these pieces can easily be played away from tables.
