Review:
This cheery Kath Wissinger original is ideal for choirs trying to "step up" to a successful eighth note experience. Ringers and directors will find the patterns much easier than expected, because the eighth note pairs have been carefully assigned to each position. "Jubilare" sounds more complex than it actually is, can be mastered quickly by more advanced groups, and is appropriate for worship, school, concert or festival. The music is laid out in ABACA format, resembling a rondo. 78 measures in all, it is written in C Major and a minor.
