Review:
Appealing to children, youth and adults, this setting of a Hebrew folk tune pulses with energy and musical color. The slower-than-normal tempo (but fast enough to be challenging) and very little subdivision of the beat make this piece accessible to beginning ringers, while multiple special techniques make it fun! Set in a minor, "Israel's Joy" is 74 measures.
