Review:
The setting of the beloved Christmas carol is simple to learn but HUGE in sound! The first section can be used alone as a prelude, and the entire arrangement can be used with vocal choir or congregational singing. The middle section includes an introduction to the hymn, repeats for the verses, and a chordal accompaniment. The final stanza is more ornate with eighth note passages accompanying the melody. 101 measures in length, this rendition is scored in G Major.
