Review:
The Begin to Ring Series is arranged in order of difficulty, starting with settings that include whole note accompaniment over the melody line and progressing to settings that use limited eighth notes and special techniques. All of the titles are sacred and fairly short. This is an excellent teaching book. Its only drawback is that right off it starts ringers on the staff, so there may need to be some preparation or explanation beforehand for those who cannot read music. Titles are listed below.
