Review:
This commissioned original takes its name from the marking “Tempo Giusto,” meaning “the proper tempo.” Numerous techniques add interest and help you play it “con vivo” (“with life”) to delight your listeners! The fanfare introduction yields lighthearted, catchy melodies which use parallel major and minor keys; and the powerful ending drives it home with flair. Scored in D Major and d minor, these 120 measures will fly by!
