Review:
"Scouts’ Loyalty March" has a lively, toe-tapping feel. One of the composer's favorites, it should be fun for both ringers and listeners! If the word “scouts” does not feel appropriate for some venues, just call it Loyalty March. The B-section, in a-minor, uses many G-sharps with a few quick bell changes for G5. Even though the melody is always the top note in this march, red print makes it easier to see. 70 measures. Key of C Major and a minor.
