Review:
"Carillon of Praise" is an energetic, joyous original composition that includes a stanza of the John Goss hymn tune LAUDA ANIMA, or “Praise My Soul, the King of Heaven.” With its constant eighth note carillon patterns, and extensive use of LV, this piece shimmers from beginning to end. The optional use of bass chimes in the LAUDA ANIMA section adds richness and variety in sound. Carillon of Praise will be a sparkling addition to the general worship, concert, or festival repertoire. 85 measures.
