Review:
Few pieces carry such a perfect association with saying “farewell” as this one, cowboy! This beloved theme from The Roy Rogers Show would make a catchy festival ending or concert encore. Highly effective with ringing alone, make it truly authentic by adding the optional temple blocks, tambourine, guitar, fiddle and/or double bass! An optional solo gives the fiddle a chance to share the spotlight, and of course the percussion evokes the 'clip-clop' of hooves as you ride off into the sunset. 61 measures. Keys of Eb Major and F Major.
