Review:
Beethoven was masterful at creating excitement, energy, and life in his melodies. Building on Beethoven's foundation, this arrangement of his "Ode to Joy" is filled with delightful surprises, including time changes from 4/4 to 6/8 and back again. Switching between time signatures can be easily mastered by keeping the eighth note constant throughout. The optional handchime part, played by a second choir, adds depth to the lively spirit of the piece, but it also stands alone played only on handbells.
Please note: Item # MCL264270 includes both the handbell and the handchime parts. This piece is not reproducible; if using the handchime choir, you need to purchase copies for each handbell ringer/stand and each chime ringer/stand.
