Review:
Here is a delightful, original work with a rhythmic foundation built on mixed meter throughout, featuring a delightful melody perfectly suited to the rhythm. Nicely placed mart-lifts add to the engaging pulse of the music. A lovely counter-melody section, feeling a bit more calm, is interspersed with the main theme and the addition of treble clef mallets lead into the DARWALL'S 148th tune, which is rung on handchimes. Further developments lead back to the original theme with excited anticipation of the glorious ending. This is a joyous work that is sure to become that special 'go-to' selection for all celebratory occasions!
