Review:
Here is a fresh new setting of this hymn favorite from the creative pen of Brenda Austin. It begins with an intro marked “Freely” flowing into the familiar hymn gently played featuring many expressive LV passages. Additional sections include a nicely crafted key change to F-major plus the addition of malleted and TD notes as well tempo changes and gentle rhythmic variations – all add interest while the familiar melody continues to be featured throughout. It gradually grows in strength, ending with the gloriously rung hymn revisited. This is sure to become a congregation favorite and wonderful addition to your group’s repertoire.
