Review:
A fanfare introduction leads into a big statement of the theme with lots of bass bells. Then the fanfare motif leads into a free interpretation that hints at the melody before returning once again to a strong setting of the tune. This arrangement was commissioned for the Greater Midland-Odessa, TX area concert "Bells, Brass and Pipes II."
