Review:
This composition can be rung with 3 octaves; however, the optional notes use all of the 4th and/or 5th-octaves. This work is perhaps the most familiar of the "Water Music" suite and is written in 3/4 time. Mostly chordal in nature, its texture is medium, with much of the "action" being scored in the treble clef. A broad grand fortississimo ends the 52 measure piece in C Major. Minimal special techniques are used.
