Review:
Subtitled "Let Praise Ring Through All the World" this grandiose work is arranged for 3 to 6-octaves of bells and organ with optional brass quintet and percussion. A subdued beginning works its way up, adding instruments along the way. The bells enter with a triumphant instrumental statement of "This is my Father's World." The next section picks up momentum with a syncopated, staccato rhythm in the accompaniment. Things smooth out in the next section and the hymn tune changes to "I Sing the Mighty Power of God." The last section is big and bold with techniques and full chords. Exciting! Medley consists of "Terra Beata", "Ellacombe", "Dix", "Hymn to Joy". Brass ensemble consists of two trumpets, French horn, trombone and tuba.
