Review:
Highlights of this work include a stately walking bass in mm. 1-16, a thumb-damp section with the melody in the middle, the use of triplet figures and a big finish. An optional trumpet part is included. The first section is in C, the second in Ab and then a return to C. Unlike other processionals and because of the many accidentals, the first section is not suited to processing in ringing the bells. Trumpet part is on page eight.
