Review:
John Dare chose a classical feel for his first published work. The tempo moves along at quarter note = 120. The predominant rhythmic figure in 2/4 time is two eighths followed by a quarter. A few accidentals are found, but nothing to discourage the average level II choir. The texture is light and, other than a shake at the end, no special techniques are required.
