Review:
For cantor, congregation and soprano descant with 10 handbells and organ, this piece can be performed on Easter Sunday. The bells play a little 3-measure melody for the refrain, and then they simply chime in with a chord here and there for the verses. The congregation sings the refrain and the cantor chants the verses.
