Holy Holy Holy

Review:      Written for 3-5 octaves with optional scripture narration. However, the opening 20 measures specifically set the mood for the scripture reading from Isaiah - In the year that King Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Planing, chromatic harmonies and pedal enhance the awesomeness of this text. The hymn proper begins after this and is typical for Dobrinski, well-suited for bells with textural contrast. However, she chose to go easy on staccato technique this time and opts for more ringing with a little shaking.
