Review:
Those who have stood in a European city square and heard the morning bells from several towers, will recognize the echo technique that Mr. Dare uses in this, his original work. The texture is predominantly chordal with some moving unison line. There are no techniques called for, but mallets on suspended bells would be a nice addition, if your choir is at that point.
