Review:
The composer of this original work dedicates it in appreciation to his loving wife. The parallel keys: C major and C minor are both utilized, perhaps encouraging praise to God in both joyous and difficult times. A few techniques are used, most notably staccato, but for the most part the score calls for straightforward ringing. The tempos is Moderato throughout.
