Review:
Psalms 108 begins - "My heart is steadfast, O God; I will sing praises, even with my soul" and it is on this and following verses that this original composition is based. The overall atmosphere is one of peace and this is achieved through use of flowing textures, tonal harmonies in the first and last sections and simple, sweet melody. The middle section adds some spice through by shifting the tonal center for a few phrases. This 120-measure piece has been arranged for 2-3 (RW8098) or 4-6 octaves (RW8099) primarily in G Major.
