Review:
This "Andante" is from the 2nd movement of Piano Sonata No. 15, Op. 28. There is good use of bass bells and the treble could almost be rung with only 3 octaves. As this quartet leans more toward the advanced realm of its medium-advanced category, it is definitely not for the beginning quartet. Rhythms of all types abound in this 96-measure arrangement. It is scored in d minor and D Major.
