Review:
The title of this sprightly original composition is the name of a bell orchestra in Otley, West Yorkshire, England, which commissioned the work. Driving rhythms in 4/4 grouped 3+3+2 appear in the upper bells with a lower-range melody underneath. This texture alternates with a chordal section at the forte and fortissimo dynamic levels. One hundred and four measures of "spiffing" fun!
