Review:
The Gaelic tune, BUNESSAN, and the American melody, SHAKER SONG are combined in this work commissioned for a handbell festival in Illinois. The dance atmosphere is presented in a freely played beginning section, a strict metronome marked section for Shaker tune and the a section marked "Lightly Dancing." The last passage returns to the feel of the beginning.
