3,4 or 5 octaves of handbell accompaniment is preferred with this 2-part anthem, however, the alternative accompaniment for keyboard may be used, or they may be played together. Bells ring full throughout the entire anthem, whose text begins: Come, hear the joyful music ring! Come, join the worship of our King! Alleluia!
