A relaxed cut-time tempo is the meter for this original composition undoubtedly inspired by Isaiah's words, "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength..." Flowing, eighth-note accompaniment is the backdrop for the gently-syncopated melody. A contrasting middle, chromatic section adds harmonic interest before returning to the opening format.
