Review:
"Unto thee, O God, do we give thanksâ¦for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare," reads verse one of the psalm inspiration for this original work of fifty-seven measures. The tempo is upbeat and the fluctuation of simple meter shows forth a kind of "spontaneity" of praise. There are no special techniques (outside of a few LVs), the composer preferring to focus on the pure rung sound of bells.
