Maxwell Eckstein's impressionistic composition is here set for 3-5 octaves of handbells. The mystical waters of the Blue Fountain are represented with stepping and leaping ascending motifs, which run in and out of altered harmonies. Quick rhythms and bell changes account for the challenge in this level. Something different!
