Review:
There are four options for performing this unusual arrangement of the hymn tune MADRID: (1) 3, 4, 5 or 6 octaves of bells alone (2) bells and guitar, bass and percussion (3) bells and orchestra (4) bells and CD track accompaniment. The fact that the percussion instruments are bongos/congas, triangle, castanets, cabasa, tambourine, chimes, maracas, guiro and cymbals gives you a good idea of the "Spanish" flavor of the music. Arrangers McKechnie and Marsh are sister and brother! Get orchestra parts from Linda McKechnie at www.lindamckechnie.com.
