The hymn tune, GROSSER GOTT, is the basis of this arrangement for bells, keyboard and optional brass and woodwind instruments. The setting is the successful Linker/McFadden formula of fully scoring bells and accompaniment together for the majority of the work, but with a section that showcases the bell choir alone.
