Bells of Freedom:  Schmidt, Jon,Peck, Chris,FM

The poem 'And did those feet in ancient time' was written by English poet William Blake circa 1808, was set to music by Sir Hubert Parry in 1917, and later orchestrated by Edward Elgar. Thus it is no wonder that Fred Gramann conceived combining Elgar's "Nimrod" from the Enigma Variations with Parry's "Jerusalem" in this new work for handbells.
